At 12:00 :- 7/8 Sc/Cu. Temperature 8.6°C, rising from a low of -1.5°C at 07:30. Maximum so far today, 9.4°C at 11:45. Dew point 2.8°C RH 67% Wind 4 mph, gusting to 12 mph, N. Max gust 14 mph, N, at 11:45. Barometer 1025.1 mb steady. Precipitation since midnight 0.2 mm (frost melt).
