Sleet shower in Brussels
Brussels on Friday 19 November
Cold front passed through Brussels around midnight with a spell of very heavy rain and strong gusts of wind. Abrupt fall in temperature can be seen on graph http://www.irceline.be/cgi-bin/metevol.ksh?r012 Sunny at first on Friday but CBs appeared very quickly with rain and sleet showers mid-morning. CBs still around until mid-afternoon but sunny spells and no further showers. Fairly clear evening. Quite cold - moderate wind backed slowly from NW to WSW. Brussels Uccle 6.4°C - overnight minimum 3.0°C - and 24 mm rain. Brussels Airport 7.2°C - overnight minimum 2.8°C - and 16 mm.
