RMK: Coldest night of the winter. Min so far -5.9 at 0520z.
It's a super crisp morning.

1845z SW F3 3000 -SN 8Sc 00.8/-01.1 1018
RMK: Intermittent slight snow from about 1600z. Became
more persistent around 1730z but has remained slight.
Now a light dusting of snow on the grass. Hard surfaces
are damp rather than wet.
Max (0900-1800): 3.3 at 1400z
Last night's min: -6.1 at 0715z
