At 09:00 :- 8/8 Ns. Temperature 1.7°C, rising from a low of 1.3°C at 07:30. Night maximum was 2.9°C at 01:15. Dew point 0.8°C RH 94% Wind 4 mph, gusting to 10 mph, N. Max gust 17 mph, NNW, at 00:45.
