According to yesterday evenings forecast, we could expect '1 last night of
frost', with no exceptions mentioned. It was certainly bitter, the temperature plumetted to 11.5 degrees. I can't help thinking that if London was the exception to the rule, then there would have been rather less of a generalisation made. So far its been a mild, and surprisingly dry November here. Only 22% of the LTA so far, and the driest 1st 3 weeks of November I've ever recorded (since 1991) after the wettest October on record. Graham |
