Max temp here 0.7°C mid morning, barely above last night's min of
0.6° not long before. Since early afternoon the temperature has varied no more than 0.1°C either side of, yes, 0.1°C. This 0.7°C is the second lowest March maximum I have recorded, the lowest being -2.2°C on 1 Mar 1986. On this day in 1977 the maximum was 19°C despite little sunshine.
