Spelling and Typos. (minor off topic) Thinking caps on for..... a British place name where the same letter (without any hyphens, etc)legitimately occur together three times as in Norrridge. [Thinks: at last, a use for the Postcode Database...] I suspect your answer is 'Mossside', although according to the postcode db it has a space in it. If spaces /are/ allowed, you can also have: Asthall Leigh Bell Lake Blymhill Lawn Holywell Lake Mynydd Du (the spillchucker wants to change it to 'Mended VDU'!) Three Elms Yew Tree Estate (and my favourite) Nempnett Thrubwell The only apostrophied one I could find was Buss's Green. -- Neil Sunderland Braunton, Devon Please observe the Reply-To address |
