Default March 2002 & 2003 compared - Gtr Manchester

I've another request....

Greater Manchester Fire Service did some research and found a huge increase
in grass fires in March 1 to April 14 2003 compared with the same period in
2002.

Has anyone got some rainfall figures for March 1-April 14 for 2002 and '03
in the Greater Manchester area anywhere likeWigan, Bolton/West Pennines,
South Pennines (West Yorkshire side would do too)

Thanks in advance,

Dorian Speakman.
