Default November 2004 - the most weather-free month ever?

Impossible to quantify I guess, but this month must be one of the
least eventful months ever. Almost continuously cloudy and dry, with
temps just above average, the odd bit of drizzle, the odd bit of sun.

What about the snow around midmonth, the first lying snow observed since
1993 around here.
