Default 18z analysis chart

Weird! The 18z analysis from Exeter for tonight shows this band of rain
coming south as a small depression of 1028mb.....

Is that the highest low recorded on a chart perhaps?

I seem to remember we were discussing a 1031mb low around 6 months ago.
