Apologies for my laziness. I looked it up and this was what I found.

Thanks Philip. The tinyurl works well. On the figures I see the 1971/ 2000
is the same but a jump up with 1989/ 2000 and a considerble one at that.
That is obviously the big run of mild winters having done that.
