RMK: 1 okta Cumulus fractus - otherwise a fine, blue, unpolluted sky.
Visibility excellent, betraying the origin of the airmass.=

other data: rain, mainly slight, yesterday evening between 20 & 22Z.
Hard surfaces dried quickly though. ]=

RMK: Visibility so good you might almost reach out and arrest the
hoodlums running amok in the IBM building! Sc shallow and with a high
base: somewhere around 6000ft. There is some thin/high Cirrus about, but
doesn't look too significant.

screen max: 08.1 precipitation: tr
other data: the (notional) trace comes from a very light shower around
1230Z; for much of the day, variable SCT/BKN CUSC, with dark bases - the
dry air probably accounting for sub-base evaporation of any PPN. ]=
