Bright start but a frost. Less windy than yesterday so could be a good
day. Old snow lying in gullies above c.700 metres. At 09:00 :- 2/8 Cc/Ac/Sc. Temperature 0.8°C rising from a low of -1.1°C at 06:15. Dew point -3.2°C RH 75% Wind 3 mph, gusting to 8 mph, NNW. Max gust 16 mph, NW, at 01:00. Barometer 1009.1 mb, steady. Precipitation since midnight 0.0 mm.
