Default Merging Davis Weatherlink monthly files

Just a brief announcement if I may:

Very occasionally Weatherlink users end up with a month's data split
between two monthly archive files, usually because of a PC crash, new
PC etc.

I've now got a utility that will merge these split files back into a
single monthly file. The utility isn't really suitable for
redistribution without further work but if anyone does come across the
situation where they have ended up with two partial files for one
month then feel free to email me and I'll do the merge.

A couple of of caveats: This is only currently suitable for files in
the current WL format (ie that used in v5.3 and later) and does not
(again currently) recalculate the summary data for the merge day and
so unless the merge is done at a midnight time point there will be a
small error in the summary data specifically for the merge day
