Any Chance of snow in Southern Alps next week - please?
Ok off on annual trip to Southern Alps next week - this area, around
Briancon (Serre Chevalier / Les Deux Alps) has missed out on a lot of the snow that's fallen heavily across the the main Alpine Areas right across to Austria. Looking at the GFS for next week http://expert.weatheronline.co.uk/prec_frame.htm would seem that there could well be some activity - however, with very warm temps could well be rain up to 2000mts. Thoughts on the above, most welcome. Regards WC |
