Default [WR] Very warm in Canterbury

Maximum temperature here reached 19.7C at 1400Z today. Joint warmest day
since the 30th September 2004 (also 19.7C). Day was particurlarly sunny,
considering the forecast for lots of cloud, and it certainly felt
pleasant when in the sun (and out of the quite strong wind!).

Also of note is how quickly the ground is drying out - it's already dry
enough for people to play Frisbee on the grass (where previously it was
a quagmire after the snowmelt) and people are out mowing their grass for
the first time.

Fancy you mention that - I will be in South-East Dartmoor in a couple of
week's time for a National Trust Working Holiday! (And very close to
you - Parke, Hembury Wood and Holne Woods!)
