Large area of low cloud and fog over the North Sea extends through central
Scotland and the whole of eastern England and the Midlands to the Welsh
border. Sunny in the rest of Scotland, most of Wales, in NW and parts of
SW England and along the south coast. Thin cloud and haze over Belgium and
the southern half of the Netherlands.
