RMK: rain off and on since yesterday evening, but moderate rain only in
short bursts since ~0400Z.
[ OVERNIGHT DATA (18Z - 09Z):
screen min: 11.7 grass min: 11.2 precipitation: 1.5
other data: Ground (soil) now damp, but to no great depth. ]=

1200 SSW F3 20km - 2/CU 5/SC 6/AC T131D112
RMK: Total cloud amount 7+ oktas: there is also AsCi present above the
Ac but not certain how much. The Cu is a mix of Cu hum and developing Cu
med - could just squeeze a shower I suppose from some of them.
Period of occasionally moderate rain until ~1030Z (2.8mm), then broken
cloud / occasional strong sunshine developing by ~1100Z, but now (1150Z)
back to near-overcast.=
