Default Watnall 11.2 mm cobwebs

I have it on good authority that the 11.2 mm rainfall reported from Watnall
on Thursday evening was wrong.

It seems that a heavy-footed spider was building a web inside the recording
rain gauge and caused spurious readings by stamping on the tipping buckets !

Clearly ensured that it would the appropriate date when it was noticed.
