Default [WR]-Snow on the Pennines 0030hrs

Just driven over the A689 at Killhope between Stanhope and Alston and it
was snowing steadily above 1600ft, thin cover developing above 1800ft -
sleet in Alston which is around 1000ft

Light rain back at home and temps +4.5c, but falling
