Dear All
I've been looking at some weather data going back to the Burns Day storm of 1990 and found some station IDs that I'm unfamiliar with, here's an example list: StationID StnLong StnLat 10 -1.63 59.53 12 -1.3 59.88 43 -1.18 60.13 48 -1.27 60.45 154 -2.9 58.95 293 -3.08 58.45 425 -4.42 57.95 Does anybody have any idea how these relate to a standard WMO 5-digit ID? Is there an internal numbering system for the UK stations? Many thanks in advance Richard |
