Frontal cloud over Ireland, Scotland, Wales and the northern half of
England. Cloud somewhat more broken in south and SE England. Low cloud
still covers the Netherlands and the northern half of Belgium but it has
cleared from the rest of Belgium.

Rain moves SE over much of Scotland and Ireland on Monday night and into NW
England by Tuesday morning. No rain visible in eastern Scotland but some
near the NE coast of England in the morning. Outbreaks of rain in northern
England and eventually north Wales and the Midlands in the afternoon and
evening.
