0900 SW F4 9000 HZ 1/ST 6/SC 8/AS T101D083
RMK: light/intermittent rain from about 0400 to 0730Z; Sky has a
general 'improving' look about it - AS base no lower than 12000ft, and
thinning.

screen min: 09.1 grass min: 08.1 precipitation: 0.1 ]

RMK: cloud cover gradually thinning/breaking up through day - a fine,
bright afternoon, with occasional strong sunshine and a gentle breeze.
Cloud rapidly dispersed past hour and unless we get some cloud/wind
soon, visibility is going to drop quite smartly from current 8km (8000
coded above).
[ DAYTIME DATA (09Z - 18Z):
screen max: 11.2 precipitation: NIL
other data: warmest day of this month so far ]=

RMK: Looks like the cloud will save us! ST (= stratus) base circa
1000ft and SC around 2500ft: total cover 7 oktas - stars clearly visible
through breaks so not much above (BR = mist in METAR coding)=
