on the NOAA 16 photo. Frontal cloud moving into the Low Countries but the
east of the Netherlands is till bright.

Band of rain moves SE from western Scotland and western Ireland at midnight
on Wednesday night to SE England by midday on Thursday. Rain band becomes
narrower and less intense as it crosses England. Widespread outbreaks of
rain and squally showers in Scotland from early morning and in NW England by
mid-afternoon. Thunder in places in western Scotland.
