A couple of snowflakes mixed with rain and drizzle falling on the met
office weather centre hardly constitutes a white and snowy
Christmas......I don't remember ever seeing snow at Christmas - and it
needs to be thick and crunchy snow other wise it doesn't count in my
opinion.
