Hi Philip

You're right, I am moving (from previous post), to a village called
Thorverton, situated about 5 miles north of Exeter in the Exe Valley, 50
amsl. The site isn't completely ideal for my weather station (smallish,
south facing and very sheltered) but I will set it up nonetheless; any ideas
what I should be expecting weatherwise?

AAR looks to be close to 900mm (about 10% more than Exeter
airport). You should get some interesting föhn-effect days in a
stable SW-ly!
