BRACKNELL (TF) 0900 N F3-4 50km - 3/CU 6/CI COTRA T095D021 RMK: The Cumulus is quite vigorous - at least mediocris with dark grey base - quite threatening; also present are 1 okta Cirrocumulus and 2 oktas Stratocumulus.
