I watched - more by accidnet than plan - the local area forecast on BBC Look
East. It was actually reasonably understandable. No fast moving graphics, merely visual representation of what to expect. but no synoptic chart. On a National Scale, this "dumbing down" is quite condescending to the general public. Sure many people don't understand isobars or fronts, but to assume that none of us understand is really rather insulting. Jack |
