Wokingham 0900z 160 03kt 5000m +RA 2St012 5Sc020 8Ns050 +11.3/+10.3 QFF 1009.1 RMK Rain 'torrential' at times between 0900z and now (0930z). First spots of rain 0750, became moderate at 0830z Sfc wind has veered, is 270 at 0930z, but cloud, even low cloud, is moving from the south.
