I am puzzled that the rainfall figures given on the Met Office site often
differ slightly from those given on the other 2 sites even though the period
covered is supposed to be the same, i.e. 24 hours ending 18z.

The differences are sometimes too big to be explained by the rounding of the
figures to the nearest millimetre on "This is Bournemouth" and
WeatherOnline.
