BRACKNELL (TF)
0900 SSW F3-4 35km RE-RA 2/SC 7/SC 7/AC T149D113
RMK: Lowest cloud base not particularly low: somewhere around 2500ft,
with main Sc base around 6000ft. The Ac appears broken now (sun seen
clearly) and thin. The recent rain (RE-RA) occurred 08-0830Z, just
enough to give a spot accumulation in the gauge.
[ OVERNIGHT DATA (18Z - 09Z):
screen min: 09.8 grass min: 07.6 precipitation: tr ]=

other data: PPN today has had only minimal effect on surfaces - even
bare soil just about into the 'damp' category. ]=
