[WR] Lundie near Dundee
A pretty dismal month. By far the coldest May since my records began in
late 1996 (9.2C) - oddly enough I reckon it must have been the coldest here since 1996. It was also the second wettest (with 88.6 mm of rain). It was also the only time so far I have recoded air frosts in May, so the minimum of -0.5C on the 18th is a new record low for May. The highest temperature (17.9C on the 15th) of the month was also the new lowest May high. The only consolation was that it wasn't too dull. June hasn't started much better, either.
