It worked for me, but the copyright issue really is a major concern.
I would have thought if it entirely for your own use it wouldn't be a problem. The danger comes when you publish on your own website and it then becomes publically available. If you do continue, then please could we have the noon synoptic chart rather than midnight? Midnight is already available elsewhere but 1200 UTC isn't (at least, not as far as I can find.) I am normally awake at midday but not at midnight, so 1200 UTC is significantly more useful in an archive. Jack |
