Do you happen to know of any aerials etc of the beach up there? I am just having a few quiet days in Norfolk and just expect to amble along the coast etc. The Explorer map suggests it is pretty remote! Cheers Robin |

Extensive dunes which form the basis of many a student project, be they schollkids or university level. There's some nice walks inland too, on the Broads. There's seven mile circuit round the Bure I did years ago. There's also a nine-mile walk based on part of Weavers' Way & Breydon Water not a million miles from Winterton (if you get to start by car). Both from OS book "Norfolk & Suffolk Walks: Pathfinder Guide" which I've had for years. |
