As I feel rather lethargic in this heat and humidity, I
think I'll do little more than throw in a few obs today.

wind... SE, force 3.
visibility... 20km.
weather... technically cloudy (7 oktas) but actually, it's
bright and quite sunny.
clouds... 1 okta (trace) of AC floccus at 13000ft,
1 okta (trace) of AC translucidus at 18000ft,
1 okta (trace) of CC undulatus at 22000ft,
7 oktas CI at 30000ft (mainly s****atus intortus,
but still fibratus to the southeast).
dry bulb... +26.0C.
dewpoint... +17.7C.
RH... 60%.
sea level pressure... 1017mb (falling slowly).

beaufort letters (0950-1050Z)... c.

continues to be bright and sunny.

distance to the northwest,
1 okta of AC translucidus at 18000ft,
4 oktas of CI at 25000ft (all s****atus, and
mainly to the northeast... almost none in the
southwestern half of the sky).
dry bulb... +27.8C.
dewpoint... +17.0C.
RH... 52%.
sea level pressure... 1016mb (falling slowly).

beaufort letters (1250-1350Z)... bcy (the 'y' denotes dry air,
with an RH of 60% but it still feels oppressive).

1 okta of AC translucidus at 17000ft,
