Is it just me - or is the met office website exceptionaly slow this
morning - just when we want it!

same here. the servers dont seem to be able to cope over peak periods.

I think there is a technical problem as I have never known the site to be as
slow when there is ' interesting' weather about. I agree that it is the
place to go for information given the lamentable BBC performance in
providing any information of use.

Doesn't seem so any longer, HTTP-504. I wonder whether it is deliberate?
