RMK: [CAVOK] High COTRA contamination; some showing 'floccus' elements,
with significant virga/ice tails. The warmest it's been all month.

screen min: 12.7 grass min: 11.0 precipitation: NIL
other data: early mist (BR) ~05Z, soon dispersed.]=

RMK: Cirrus thin but extensive - may be even more than 6 oktas - highly
COTRA-contaminated. 1 okta thin Ac on NE horizon.
[ DAYTIME DATA (09Z - 18Z):
screen max: 28.9 precipitation: NIL
other data: A superb day! Enough wind to stop it becoming oppressive and
enough Cirrus and shallow Cu for the photographers in the Mall. ]=
