1800z NE F1-2 4000 -RA 5St003 8St006 14.4/13.3 1009
RMK: A change in the character of the precipitation in the past
half hour. We now have proper raindrops instead of the
intermittent drizzle we have had for much of the day. The
present temperature is the highest it has been since before
midnight. Only 1.2 mm of rain since 0900z so we did not get
the predicted downpour.

RMK: A really filthy night, more like a very mild, muggy November
night than a July night.
