Gianna thanks, I've never been pinged before it's made my Christmas, sort of
all Ping Crosbyish. That night time shot is so inky black, such contrast
lovely. Mind you, you could have wrapped them.
Funny I was listening earlier to Nat King Cole singing " Buon Natale!"
That's very odd at Christmas isn't it?

Ah well, it don't mean a thing if it ain't got that ping.
The snow is deeper now but by the time it had fallen, it was too dark
for landscape (seascape) photographs. The temperature remains above
freezing so do not know if the snow will still be there at sunrise.

Mr. Cole wasn't very Italian was he. Didn't Dino do it?

Gianna, I've stayed up late and watched the atmospheric BBC production from
1971. M R James ghost story " The Stalls of Barchester " Very spooky I'd
seen it years ago and was contemplating getting it on DVD with several other
wonderful supernatural stories. I am of course a rational person
but..........
As for "Buon Natale!" No definitley by Nat. There is a christmas album
featuring Nat and Dean but oddly enough Dean doesn't do that song.
