Default [WR] Much lower minimum than forecast, Kent

Minimum temperature in Canterbury last night was 12.4C which is somewhat
lower than the 17C/18C forecast for the southeast (by the BBC). At least
it made for a more comfortable night!

Down on the Sussex/Kent coast border overnight lows reached 17.8°C

We could have done with it a bit cooler for comfort here!

I went outside around midnight and it was felt reasonably cool as a NW
breeze had sprung up.

The east Kent micro-climate strikes again.
