One small chink of blue sky so there may not be much cloud above the stratus. 1030z E F2 7000 HZ 2St008 6Ci250 20.6/15.8 1028 RMK: St has burned off only during the past 20 minutes. So far it has hardly been the 'glorious sunny day' predicted on the BBCTV forecast I saw this morning. 24-HR STATISTICS: Max (0900-0900z): 23.8 at 1435z Min (0900-0900z): 12.0 at 0250z Grass min (1800-0900z): 9.5 Rain (0900-0900z): Nil Norman.
