Default August rainfall

I see from the Met Office rainfall anomaly map that I *wasn't* being
paranoid about the lack of rain here.

A whole area from Bristol to Birmingham, and into east Wales had under
50% of the average. Some other scattered areas suffered a similar lack.

Interesting use of the word 'suffered'

I 'suffered', or should that be 'enjoyed' around 75% of the average.
Interesting to see that the Manchester area and East Anglia both
got around 75mm of rain, though for here that's 75% of the average
and for them 125%!
