Aircraft in the Heathrow stack are visible to a considerable altitude so there is no low cloud overhead. 0900z NW F1-2 4000 HZ 3Cu013 7Ac100 19.1/17.9 1013 RMK: Cu hum 24-HR STATISTICS: Max (0900-0900z): 28.9 at 1350z Min (0900-0900z): 17.1 at 0420z Rain (0900-0900z): 15.9 mm Norman.
