RMK: SC in distance to NE, otherwise fine/clear - moon shining
brightly. Hoar frost re-forming where cleared earlier, but large patches
persisted through the day in shelter.
[ DAYTIME DATA (09Z - 18Z):
screen max: 02.7 precipitation: tr
other data: the 'trace' of PPN is from melted hoar frost this morning ]=
