Grid Ref:- SW466313 Altitude:- 60m TEMPERATURE Anomaly (from 1971-2000 Norm) Average Max 20.1 (+1.9) Average Min 12.5 (+0.9) Average 16.3 (+1.4) Highest Max 24.0 - 3rd Lowest Max 16.7 - 16th Lowest Min 6.1 - 17th Highest Min 17.2 - 4th RAIN & WIND Rainfall 79.0mm (83%) Wettest Day 12.9mm - 8th No Thunder, Hail or Gales Maximum Gust - Just 33mph on 30th. It's this time of year that we see the benefit of the warm sea, especially at night. The second warmest September I've recorded (records start 1992) - only 2004 was warmer. The total rainfall for January-September 2005 is 606.1mm, 77% of the 1971-2000 norm.
