And there is the attitude of the locals, I doubt that many of the
inhabitants of Orkney or Shetland venture outside during the height of
a storm unless they *really* have to. They know it is not...

This year seems to have produced an inordinate amount of Red Admirals
even here in Glasgow .
Perhaps if this warmer summer weather trend continues we will see a
return of even more...

Just had an email from friends on Bermuda, saying that it may be a
while before we hear from them again... Emily (1989?) took the power
down for 2 weeks and this beast is bigger.
