Those of you who receive your local BBC news from the Hull area, will have
seen the weather charlatan P___ C_____ (who's name I won't mention), talking
to the presenter, Peter Levy.

Thanks Les, I wasn't expecting a response so fast! Now I get what its about,
but I like the proviso that the thresholds are calculated from US
situations, sometimes I think we follow it too slavishly...
