Lots of black ice around Wolverhampton this morning at 7.30am until about
9am, was fairly clear sky when I went out at 8.30am , though fog developed

Why is it, that all the weather reports in the Midlands this morning show
that it's foggy, even Cosford which is only about 15 miles away, yet where I
